Become a Forward Deployed Engineer — the AI role India can't hire fast enough.
6Qs is not a course. It's a 9-to-6 workplace in Bangalore where you build real AI agents for 9–12 months — and walk out with what employers actually screen for: real work experience.
Start with one month at a desk — free for the Founding Cohort. At the end, either side can walk away owing nothing.
Your degree got you qualified. The market wants something else.
About half of Indian graduates are considered employable by the tech industry — and the gap is hardest on Tier 2 and Tier 3 colleges. Meanwhile, generative AI is absorbing the routine coding work that entry-level jobs were built on. Applying harder into a shrinking funnel is not a plan.
Meet the FDE. A Forward Deployed Engineer works inside the client's business — part engineer, part consultant — making AI agents actually work in the real world. It is the role AI creates instead of replacing. And almost nobody in India is training freshers for it.
Roughly 250–270 FDE roles are open in India at any given time. It is a premium, narrow market — which is precisely why arriving with proof beats arriving with a certificate.
From degree to job is no longer a step. It's a crossing.
The market moves faster than any curriculum can. That is not your fault and not your college's — but the jump still has to be made, and it is made by the prepared. 6Qs is the year you spend building the crossing instead of hoping to clear it.
What the degree gave you
A syllabus completed, and the technical foundation to start. Necessary — and, on its own, no longer sufficient.
What the gap actually is
Judgement under ambiguity, work that survives contact with a real user, and the habits nobody teaches in a classroom because they can only be practised in a workplace.
What crosses it
Six intelligences, trained by real work over 9–12 months, each leaving evidence behind you can show an interviewer. See the 6Q Method →
We don't treat you like a student.
We make you an employee — before anyone employs you.
- A desk, 9-to-6, five days a week — attendance is culture, not a rule
- Real projects with real deadlines — AI agents for document-heavy, finance-style problems
- A manager who reviews your work and pushes back
- A written status update every single day — the highest-return professional habit there is
- Ambiguous briefs and mid-week scope changes — on purpose
- Demo days where you present and defend your own work
No lectures as the main event. You research each topic, learn it with mentor guidance, and prove it by delivering — the way professionals actually learn. No certificate at the end, either: the market is drowning in certificates. Your credential is that you can clear interviews.
"IQ opens the door. It's also the rail you climb on — you keep sharpening it while the other five intelligences grow."
One month to decide. One year to transform.
The Trial Month
One month at a desk, on a real brief. At the end, we decide together — you assess us, we assess you. Free for the 20 Founding Cohort seats.
Foundations through work
Python, APIs, LLMs, agent frameworks — learned by building, reviewed daily.
Real forward-deployed work
Agents for BFSI-style problems: document analysis, KYC, compliance workflows. Client-style reviews. Scope changes. Demo days.
Interview season
Portfolio hardening, mock interviews on your own work, and introductions as partner relationships develop.
What you walk out with
- A GitHub portfolio of real, working AI agents
- Recorded demos you can show any interviewer
- An experience letter describing work done — not a course attended
- A stipend history (Sponsored Track) — proof you were earning
- The ability to talk about your work under hard questioning
You apply as someone who was working — not as a fresher.
You shouldn't commit a year to a room you've never sat in.
Most programmes want the full commitment before you have seen a single day of the teaching — a signed fee agreement, or an income-share contract, on day one. 6Qs asks for four weeks. Free for the Founding Cohort, and either side can walk at the end owing nothing.
Four weeks is enough to know
Whether the mentoring is real, whether the briefs are serious, whether the room works. A brochure cannot tell you that and neither can a counselling call. A desk can.
On the work, not the CV
How you handle ambiguity, feedback and a deadline — not your CGPA or your college tier. Nobody enters the programme on the strength of an application form alone.
No fee, no notice, no obligation
If it isn't working, you leave with your project and written feedback, and that is the end of it. The terms are given to you before the month starts, not after.
What the Trial Month is
- Four weeks at a real desk, 9-to-6, on a real brief
- A mentor who reviews your work and pushes back
- Daily written updates from day one
- A decision at the end, made by both sides
What it isn't
- A demo class or a taster session
- A sales process with a discount at the end
- An automatic route into the programme — selection still applies
Is a job guaranteed?
Yes — for students who complete the programme to standard. You get that standard in writing at the end of the Trial Month, before you commit a rupee of the programme fee. Everyone else reveals the conditions after you've paid; we think a condition you can't read before you commit isn't a condition, it's a trapdoor.
The demand is real
US listings for this role went from 643 to 5,330 in a single year. Indian demand rose sharply across 2025 while the pool of people who can do the job grew far more slowly. Employers are looking. That part is not in question.
Build the capability and you will be placed
Complete the programme to the standard and we place you — on 6Qs client work, or with an employer in the market. If you finish to standard and still don't have an offer, you keep your desk, your mentor and our introductions at no further fee until you do.
Enrolling is not completing
The fee buys you a desk, a mentor and a year of real briefs. It does not buy an offer. A guarantee that survived someone doing nothing for twelve months would be worth nothing to the people who did the work.
How the standard is set
You receive the thresholds in writing before you commit to the programme — never after. They are built on the same six things already reviewed with you, in writing, every working day, so nobody reaches month eleven and discovers they were failing.
- Attendance across the programme's working days
- Every assigned brief delivered and accepted at review
- The daily written status update, maintained
- Demo days presented and defended
- Final portfolio complete and published
- Mock interviews cleared
Nothing here is assessed in secret, and nothing is decided at the end that you weren't told about at the time. [TO FINALISE before the first cohort: thresholds + time limit]
Said plainly. We can commit to what we control: the work we put in front of you, the mentoring, the introductions, and continuing at no further cost until you're placed. We can't control an employer's hiring decision, and anyone who tells you they can is selling you something. What we can tell you is that the demand is real, and that in this market the deciding variable is no longer whether opportunity exists — it's whether you arrive able to do the work.
What it costs, in one look.

The honest part. We are a founding cohort. We have no placement statistics yet — and we won't invent any. What we have is a real market, a real method, a real workplace, and 25 years of knowing what employers actually hire. The first batch is where we prove it — together, at Founding Cohort prices that reflect exactly that.
Twenty seats in the Founding Cohort.
Starting November 2026. The Trial Month is free for all twenty, and there is no obligation at the end — either side can walk.
